CAHC Fun Night
The CAHC end-of-the-year Fun Night is scheduled for Monday, March 15, 2010 at the Casper Ice Arena from 5:30-8:30 pm. Goalkeepers will provide pizza and drinks. Families with last names A-M please bring a dessert and families with last names N-Z please bring a salad to share. Ice skating is free (except for rental skates if needed). You may also turn in your equipment (washed) at this time. Enjoy the night and celebrate a successful year!

State Tournament Shortfall
The Casper Oilers fell short in several state tournament events this weekend. After an undefeated regular season in WAHL play, the Casper Oilers Midget A team lost in the State Championship to Gillette 3-1 with Gillette goaltender and MVP Sean Kelley making 38 saves. Meanwhile, the Casper Midget B team was runner-up to Cody 5-3. The Casper PeeWees took 2nd and 3rd in their tournament, with Casper 1 beating Sheridan 3-1 in the consolation final and Casper 2 losing to Pinedale 3-2 in the championship. Nonetheless, congratulations to all these teams for their hard work and success!

2nd Annual Hockey Extravaganza
Casper Amateur Hockey is pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Hockey Extravaganza, Saturday, April 17th. This year's event is sponsored by Central Wyoming Neurosurgery, Mountain View Regional Hospital and Casper Orthopaedics. Our featured guest is Mr. Hockey®, Gordie Howe®. Bantams Win State!
The Casper Oilers Bantam team defeated Jackson 8-6 on Sunday to win the WAHL State Championship in Jackson. The Oilers also beat Sheridan and Cody on Saturday to qualify for the championship game on Sunday. Congratulations to the Bantams and a successful season!

Playmaker Scholarship
The CAHC is pleased to announce our new "Playmaker Scholarship". This is a $1000.00 scholarship to be used for post-secondary education. Individuals who have played hockey at least one year with CAHC are eligible. This year's scholarship will be presented in the memory of Bill Ryan. Applications can be found under Documents.

On-line Registration
USA Hockey now requires on-line registration. Please access the USA Hockey website under LINKS. Under the heading "Membership" you will be able to register your skater for the 2009-2010 season. All skaters need proof of registration before being able to take the ice for CAHC.
