Registration is open July 22nd! How do I register my player?

If you are a returning player from the 2022-2023 season, a registration link will be sent to you via email on july 22nd! Please look for that email from clubcasperhockey@gmail.com with all the details. And, if you can't find that, please reach out and ask for the email to be resent. :)

If you are new to the Oilers,  please start with creating an account by clicking on Log In up at the top of this page on the left hand side. And, welcome to the Oilers!

Tips for Crossbar

Here are some tips to help you navigate Crossbar!

LOG IN (AND SIGN UP)

Click on "Log in" and "Sign Up" to create an account if this is the first time you are using the site. You will receive an email to verify the new account. All parents who wish to receive team emails must sign up for an account.

CHECK OUT THE DASHBOARD

VOLUNTEER: This tab will show you options for volunteering (still in the works!)

FAMILY: This tab lists all people registered by this email account. Click on the “View Details” to see the details for each person. Here you can edit (fix spelling errors, update birth date) and update (add another parent's email address)!      

TEAMS: This tab will list the teams your player(s) is registered in. First, you register your player. Then I will add your player to his/her divisional House team (i.e. 10U House). If your player(s) is rostered on a WAHL or Travel Team, those teams will be added once the rosters are set after tryouts. 

PROFILE: This tab allows you to update your account by updating your name, phone number, email address and password.
