CAHC offers many opportunities for fundraising.

Fundraisers help individual players offset their hockey expenses, as well as raise money for the CAHC. Revenue raised from CAHC fundraising is used to help offset program operating expenses and keep registration fees low.


The holiday wreath fundraiser is CAHC longest-running and most popular fundraiser. We have many dedicated community members who purchase wreaths annually to help support not only our players who sell wreaths, but also CAHC in general. The proceeds from the wreath sales are used to help offset CAHC costs, and a portion is raised specifically to support the scholarship program.

The wreaths are pre-decorated with pine cones, holly, and a velvet bow. Each player is encouraged to sell 10 wreaths. Wreaths sell for $30 each, and $5 of every wreath sold will be applied to your family account.

Hockey Extravaganza

The Hockey Extravaganza is an annual supper and auction event hosted by CAHC. At this event, we celebrate our local program, recognize volunteers, and feature a guest speaker influential in the world of hockey. Past guests of honor for the Hockey Extravaganza include Gordie Howe, Mark Johnson, The Hanson Brothers, George Gwozdecky, Ray Bourque, Blake Geoffrion, John Michael Liles, Jeremy Ronick, and even the Stanley Cup. It’s a great night full of good food, good company, and memory-making moments, and silent and live auctions to help support kids who love playing hockey in Casper! More information regarding our next Hockey Extravaganza will be posted in the winter.

Travel tournament proceeds

CAHC hosts Travel Tournament team tournaments at the 6U/8U, 10U, 12U and 14U and HS levels. These tournaments are organized and hosted by each Travel Tournament team’s parents. Monies raised in excess of the cost of the tournament are shared equally between the team’s players and is credited to those players’ accounts. Most teams host a raffle table and/or silent auction, a puck toss raffle, and/or sell items at the souvenir table. The more successful the tournament, the bigger the credit back to the players.

Adventure Raffle

CAHC organizes a raffle annually. This is a mandatory fundraiser and each family is required to sell 20 tickets. Additional tickets may be sold if desired and from those additional ticket sales, $10 will be credited to the family account for each ticket sold. The drawings for the Adventure Raffle for the 2023-2024 season will be held in January. Tickets will be passed out to each player the end of September, start of November.
